We offer a number of locations where you can customize the look and feel of your visitors' experience on Appointment.one. One way to achieve this is by populating the About Me / Bio field which is visible when visitors view your calendar to schedule an appointment.

By default, when someone visits one of your events they're presented with your name, profile thumbnail, and a calendar view:

By creating your own Bio entry, visitors to your page can learn more about you. Additionally, you can provide hints to help them best prepare for their meeting. After creating a Bio entry your event will look like this:

To edit or modify your Bio entry:

• Navigate to your dashboard and select the event you'd like to modify
• Expand Advanced
• Modify the Custom Bio field. This field supports many options including text formatting, links, and embedded images
