API Key Management
We provide an API for automating interactions with Appointment.one. This is useful for building your own integrations and it is also a key part of the integrations we build on your behalf such as with Zapier.
All API interaction requires use of a user-specific API key. These can be created with one of two permission roles:
- Read-only - Requests with this key will be unable to change anything within your Appointment.one account
- Read/Write - Requests with this key will be able to make changes to your Appointments, Events, Groups, etc.
To create a new API key:
- Navigate to Settings and API
- Click Add API Key
- Choose permission role
To remove access to an existing API key:
- Navigate to Settings and API
- Click the menu to the right of the key you'd like to disable and select Disable Key

Once a key has been disabled all access to resources using the key are immediately revoked.
We're doing amazing things at Appointment.one. Experience simple scheduling without email tag or double booking.
