Users may connect multiple calendars with Appointment.one. This affords great flexibility with showing a realistic view of your availability across multiple work or personal calendars.

By default, your free/busy indication is drawn exclusively from your primary calendar. If you have multiple calendars and need to change your primary calendar see our Managing Calendars FAQ.

Each event can have multiple additional calendars used to draw free/busy status from. You will show as available when you are available from all calendars.

To change or select additional free/busy calendar sources:

• Navigate to your dashboard and select the event you'd like to modify
• Expand Advanced
• Modify the Free/Busy Calendars field
