Some Exchange systems place thresholds limiting the frequency and volume of requests we make to verify calendar availability. In some circumstances accounts with many thousands of appointments within a given 14-day window will exceed these thresholds.

If your calendaring system is running on Office 365 then elect to access via the Office 365 driver rather than the Exchange driver which does not experience these timeouts.
