Upgrading Account Plans
We offer three primary types of accounts - Free, Standard, and Enterprise - with differing features. Learn more about the differences between plan types. You can change your account plan type at any time.

To change your account plan:
- Navigate to Settings then select the Billing tab
- Select your preferred plan and update your credit card details if required
Take note that you may only downgrade to a free account when your account is in compliance with that plan. In practice, this typically means that at most one event type must be defined before an account will downgrade successfully.
